Terms & Conditions

These are the standard Terms and Conditions referred to in the foregoing contract between BarkWeb Limited trading as Jolojo and you.

All terms below are for our free service, which will be available until 1/4/24.

Our terms are aimed at being a 'Fair Use' policy.

1. Use of Jolojo as a publishing platform

Jolojo is intended as a website builder that will serve less than 10,000 web page views per day per site.

You will be limited in the storage you can use on our platform depending on your pricing tier (available 1/4/24).

You may not link to any files, images or videos stored within the Jolojo platform from any other source other than your website builder domain.

2. Content

You may not publish defamatory, offensive, or illegal content including text, images, sound, video or electronic data of any kind - or content that is deemed illegal in the UK, or your country of residence.

You must not copy content from other websites, unless to quote them and refer to them.

Our decision will be final if we decide you have broken our rules. We reserve the right to suspend your website without notice if any of the above is not adhered to.

We further reserve the right to give access to your content to law enforcement officers should they ask for access, this will include your email, any content information we have and your IP address used to access the Jolojo platform. 

3. Service uptime

We do not give any guarantees or have a Service Level Agreement in place. We maintained 99.88% uptime in 2024.

We reserve the right to turn off your website or the server it is hosted on, without warning, if you are using a free service from us.

4. Backups

All backups are maintained on a 14 day rolling basis. After 14 days backups are destroyed. 

We do not guarantee any backups for the free service. 

5. Maintenance and Updates

Wherever possible, we will do any maintenance and apply updates out of hours. Where this is not possible, they will be done during normal hours (08:00 - 18:00 UTC).
